Emma has taught violin and viola for more than six years, her students range from 4 years old to adult beginners. Her teaching is drawn from the Suzuki System and Mimi Zweig's String Pedagogy. She aims to encourage a life-long love of music and practice.

She currently teaches as the viola specialist at the Chestnut Hill Music Academy and has formerly taught with City Strings and Piano, the Henderson Academy of Music, and the Blue Mountain Chamber Music Festival.

In-home lessons offered within 20-30 minutes of downtown Lansing depending on the lesson length.
